Just changed my IC pump today using the PDF directions on this forum. Went with the Johnson CM30. Also ran into the phantom bolt on the panel that wasn't mentioned in the instructions that the OP describes.

What did you guys use to clamp your hoses until you got the new pump on? Also, it felt weird just leaving that tiny air hose just dangling there. Is there any downside to not having that hooked up?

Did a throttle body resent and went for a test drive after the install, car feels refreshed and the power is "on tap" it feels like.
