A phase two idea which WEB will hopefully prove out, is switching to SRT ECU/Tuning. This approach will allow greater boost primarily because of the ability to pull back timing at higher boost. Until Web get this to work or I get the 55K ECU to work in my car this should be considered a theory, but a damn good one! I believe the SRT ECU has been worth pursuing and mentioned it pages ago on this thread. While it has the potential to solve a ton of issues and work great, it also creates some new issues which need to be sorted out. Mainly some rewiring and fooling a few sensors. I suspect a Eurcharged tune will also be needed to perfect it. I spoke to Jerry at Eurcharged about this idea earlier this year and he thought it was a very sound idea. Web will be using the i/c pump, but for a turbo, Jerry said he could just tune the pump out. Fooling the s/c clutch might be a big resistor. When Importlab switched his SRT to turbo, I was told he had the s/c pulley wired in but strapped to the side of the engine compartment.
Thanks for the info! I have emailed about the SPEC clutch torque capacities. Once I have the info I will toss them up here for all the 6 speeds that may be looking to upgrade their clutches.

I like the idea of all of us having s.c pulley wired and strapped to the sides of our cars... I makes me laugh and think I would tell people it was a lucky charm that was worth at least 10 ponies.
