Police report also states that Kim had appearance of injuries, while he appeared normal. Ironically, he was the one that took the ambulance ride. I carried Kim to the ER about 30 minutes after the wreck, where she was treated and examined for back pain and a sprained left foot.

This is going to be a fun one. My insurance covers uninsured motorists, but I'll still be out my deductible.

At least he turned in front of me, and not a minivan full of children.

man. That really makes me mad too. The states all REQUIRE insurance, at least most do, and the reasonable person does so to cover what harm he may do to others, some carry minimal limits which is useless in general, but the ones who carry none and shrug it off and then it becomes all my financial responsibility because MY rates will go up becuase my carrier had to pay the claim is so just bullsh!t. Yet like just about everything else today there is so little reinforcement for personal responsibility and integrity. For those of us that are it almost feels like a salmon swimming upstream.. At least they get to spawn when they get there!
