Collecting is a huge issue... I was jumped 3 years ago last month with maxillo facial reconstructive surgery twice (with many other surgeries) along with a wired jaw, and he was ordered full restitution. I cant say how much but lets just say I could buy the GTR I have always wanted. Since that was ordered we have seen 2 checks of 100 dollars lol. We are still fighting for this...... 3 years later.
