judgements, well, yes the court will order a person to pay, but will the same judge put them in jail when they don't? Not likely...over crowding, more serious crimes out there... I have a good friend I helped gain a judgement in their favor, but have to repeatedly bull...the guy into paying each month. I know the court won't do anything, but....lol....it is getting done... John's insurance will take care of him, hopefully the other guy won't drive until he can afford to...but it is a serious problem with the economy and all. Many violators out there...sometimes it is eat, or pay your car insurance...doesn't make it right I know...no easy answers here...
