Good luck with settling. I am close to the 2 year mark from my accident. All along the way, my Safeco adjuster has been saying they would build in future medical, pain & suffering, etc. The offender's policy maxed out barely covering wrist surgery, physical therapy, chiro, time off, mileage. My back is wrecked & my right arm has shrunk from not being able to use it the same way.. My adjustor offered me five thousand. I laughed at her. Now I have a new adjustor. Again. It feels like I am in a car dealership.

People think having insurance, however inadequate, absolves them of responsibility. I have seen the girl driving around town twice, both times on her cell phone. It really amazes me.
