Well I think Max got something - the letter says it is not a safety issue but clearly states it is defective. How well do you think a letter from the NHTSA stating the rear windows are defective will hold up in court or even for bargaining with Chrysler. This isnt a letter from Joes auto upholstery and convertible top shop - it is a government agency in charge of automobile safety stating that the roofs are defective. I wish you luck but I think this is a great step forward even if it doesnt give you a recall.
