OK, for the last 29 months, I have been trying to figure out those heated outside mirrors. Yesterday in the garage, when I fired up the car with the garage door opened, the rear hatch fogged up and those mirrors also fogged some. I clicked on the rear electric defogger, and WHOA those outside rear view mirrors just cleared instantly. I saw the pattern of the heaters momentarily as they cleared those mirrors. Still figuring this girl out, love surprises! Now I know they work, and they work GREAT!
