Personally I'd wait for something else as he isn't telling the truth about the service history. At best its incomplete and now largely irrelavant. Also that is the cheapest spec of car available in the uk ie auto, coupe and old. Why do you expect the alloys to be scuffed? Mine aren't. By the time you knock off the price of a proper service, refurb alloys, possible exhaust? you might want to offer 3500 if you really want it not 4000 .
