Oh I bought it! I drove it for a mile, loaded it up in my enclosed trailer and took it home. Wheels and tires are in, drivers door pull fixed. Funny thing is that the other night when my wife was at a meeting, I took my 65 Mustang's cover off, moved it from the garage to my shop, put the Crossfire where the Mustang was, and covered it back up. So it's parked in the garage where my wife also parks and she hasn't noticed it yet for the past week. The cover is clearly a totally different shape. I'm hoping that she does not notice until I give it to her.
I can't believe the design of that door pull. All plastic, seriously???

There's barely any strength in the small bits of plastic on the end. I totally redesigned it and rebuilt it with steel inserts. It will not come off now. My buddy is the head of QC at Chrysler. I'm going to have to tell him a thing or two about that piece!

However I'm not sure if that piece was designed here or over in Germany.
I'm sure my wife will like it. She drives stick just fine. I'm looking forward to getting it out and putting some miles on it. It does seem like a really fun car.
I'll get pics up once it's revealed.
