It is very hard to get a good pic at night in the garage. I changed mine out about a month ago but I used full strength, and refuse to use any kind of cleaner in my systems. I suspect you didn't totally rinse all the cleaner out and now you have contaminated your fresh coolant. Unless you drained the engine block, you did not totally drain the entire system thru the bottom of the radiator. With a flashlight I can see all the way to the bottom of my reservoir perfectly clear.
