ok they didnt email the results like I'd wanted so I'm going to have to type in what the letter says. So here are their comments word for word...

Universal averages for this type of engine are based on about 9600 miles on the oil. Your oil was in use for 6,800 miles, but the wear accumulation is still generally lower than expected after the short oil change. That's an excellent indication that your engine's internal parts are all in good condition. The viscosity was a touch low for 5W/40 oil, but shearing was probably the cause since no contamination was found. No problems found."

For the record I use valvoline synpower 5w-40, k+n filter and I change the oil when the car tells me to. If anyone wants more info as to the exact numbers let me know.
