Yes, my home made Neal'sWings CAI holds the record for the 65 mm SC pullies...
I think my Code-3 is a 65mm.....
I'm sure you will hit 11's if the track is prepped well and the temps are cool enough.
By the way, the Extreme filter made a diference with my car. I tested 3 different filters while I was at the track and the Extreme really dominated the others.
FUBU....Go ahead and intsall the pulley since it isn't really hard to do, instead of waiting till spring. The DCAI and EC Tune can be done afterwards. I had my pulley on for awhile before the tune.
