the car should drop immediately.... it may settle a little more over the next few days/week.....

make sure the springs are seated in the recesses and in the spring pads on top....if both ends were not in the seats that could make a fair difference.....

I recall one other person having a problem with front not going down after install but cant remember who and what the solution was.....
