I have been toying with the idea of upgrading my head unit. I think the stock unit sux, and I want to have Ipod interface. I like the new systems that are allowing you to access the data from the ipod direct from the face plate. Kenwood and Alpine seem to be on the leading edge of these features.

Second issue is what's all this brew ha-ha about not being able to use the stock amps??? Isn't that what pre amp outs are for?
