Because it is their problem not yours. If you paid with a credit card start filing your claim now. Don't wait... Do it now. You already wasted 2 months and it may even be too late. Of course they were nice because they were stalling you. Now that months have gone by they have you by the *****. It may already be too late to do anything about it.
