Did you add the larger MAF body and use the old MAF sensor or the one that came in the larger MAF?
Apart from maintenance and mods, I have spent $1.13 (including taxes) on parts, the dollar got me ten little diodes and I needed just one of them to fix a relay. 
The '04 car has only 23,000 miles, a garage queen.
