To be completely honest It was basically the first time I've driven a manual car but my father mentioned the high clutch as well. I'd love to get this car if they fix the hood latch and fix what was most likely the valve cover leak. Unfortunately my family doesn't seem to think trading in my tahoe is a good idea. My father has a 4wd 05 chevy 2500 hd, but god forbid his brand new truck break down, they'd like me to keep mine as a back up . I understand that this crossfire isn't in the best condition but I feel like it may be worth buying if I can haggle down the price. I'm gonna shoot the dealership an e-mail about the car right now, the salesman seemed very truthful about the car, he even suggested that a valve cover leak may be the cause of the burning oil smell. So he does seem to know a bit about this car.
