I'm sure I could find a more comfortable position to use the clutch. Unfortunately I sent the dealer this email late last night:

"Was the hood latch fixed? I assume the scent of burning oil was from the valve cover gasket leaking; did the mechanic conclude this? After viewing the car I noticed the following issues:

-Bad headlight oxidation
-The rear right rim has deep scratches
-the front fender has bad scratches underneath
-Rear brake pads have little life left
-Hood latch broken
-Burning oil
-The interior upholstery is stained / dirty
-Dash panel is dirty / exterior of the car is dirty
-Upholstery above the rear window is loose and hanging, revealing the roof of the car
-Chipping of paint above the passenger side portion of the roof
-Clutch engages very high, requiring you to sometimes lift your foot off the floor board to fully engage

I was very disappointed in the condition of the car; If I do consider buying this vehicle, it will need to be lowered to a much more reasonable price.

and received this response:

"
Cody,

I have sent the vehicle out yesterday. It should be fixed by tomorrow. I can have it detailed properly. Price wise I can’t do anything if you are
Still interested then let me know.

Basically, this guy is a joke. He knew I was coming and didn't even bother to have the car in presentable condition. There were even pine needles in such areas as under the trunk hatch with no pine tree's in sight. Basically it seemed like they never bothered to clean the car since buying it from the previous owner. I'm going to send him an e-mail telling him he just lost a customer. This dealership is horrible! As a warning to everyone else considering Auto Trademark in Centereville, VA; don't bother.
