Spent about four hour's today fabricating a wind screen out of a sheet of Polycarbonate using basic hand tools most of us have laying around. If anyone is intrested I'd gladly pass along my template then he/she could pass it along to some one else?

Just purchased an '05 with 11K miles. Saw your post about making your own windscreen. Do you still have the template. If so, would it be possible to get a copy of it?
