Default Re: Assault with a loaded pepperoni

I probably shouldn't have posted anything, but it just reminded me of the BS we had to put up with schools and bullying. Two teachers witnessed my kid, who was 5' as a Junior do to his Noonan's, he's 5' 5" today as a young man, but 5' maybe a 100lbs having 5 guys wagon wheel him in the hallway. Not until THEY brought up the gun, did anyone do anything. Street justice on this one. I didn't like doing it, but that is exactly what happened to the 5. They never were punished for what they did at school. But some local rednecks that really didn't like what they did to my kid took care of it and looked after him in the senior year. They were kind of the out casts at school, but I had nothing but respect for them. Sometimes you just have to handle a different way. Everything was thrown out, principal moved on to another school system. School board changed. There isn't any bullying there now with the new superintendent. He doesn't tolerate it. Lesson learned. The officer that handled that case that day now is a Captain over the juvenile jail. He has never forgotten what happened to my kid that day. He doesn't tolerate bullying either. So it all turned out well. Just thought I would follow up....not anything political here. This is a people thing...doing the right thing at the right time...
