...I can see this series drifting into a long line of sequels, most of which I assume will be the "made for DVD" kind after this one bombs at the box office. I have to think that the whole ricer thing is in decline. As with any trend, once people find out about it (and everyone is into it), the "hipness" is gone. Those of us in a certain age bracket need only ask our parents about the ****-van craze of the seventies to glimpse how irrational, tasteless, and generally out of hand this stuff can get. Fast and Furious is our generation's ****-van craze.
