Ditto. My rotors and pads were replaced and it hasn't come back. Although now I think I have another problem.

I think this problem is due to strict tolerances in the spacing and alignment of the rotors and calipers (pads as well). Once things get worn and out of alignment after use, little noises start to creep up.
