I received my Ultragauge yesterday and plugged it in today. I have an '04 LTD Coupe with autotrans.
Everything seemed to go OK until I tried to move the car out of my garage. The BAS/ESP light came on and I was unable to move the gear selector out of "PARK". A couple of years ago I had that problem and had some "switch" replaced under my car's warranty. I knew what to do to manually release the selector, but decided to unplug my Ultragauge as I dont need that hassle every time I drive the car.
Has anyone else had an adverse response by adding the Ultragauge? I dont know whether to try it again or not. Concerned about what other interactions might occur.
