Ever eat at one of those lunch wagons they've got on the islands? I read all about it in some Northwest Airlines magazine during a business trip. Apparently, all over Hawaii, there are these establishments that sell 1,500 calorie lunches consisting of BBQ pork, salad, a couple of other sides, etc.
