WE REALLY DO NEED SOME RULES FOR SELLING ITEMS ON THIS FORUM

I attempted to work out an amicable payment type other than sending a "Cashiers Check" to a complete stranger with only 15 posts on this forum. Unfortunately, seller is not interested in a solution.
