Our little three year old Shih Tzu Tippy Roux.

We rescued him about two years ago. When we got him he was underweight, missing 4 teeth on both sides due to his abusive treatment and did not know how to play at all. If you picked up anything at all he would cower and roll over. Now he plays constantly with all of his dog pals and is only afraid of my Father-in-law and brother-n-law. We figure they must look like his old owner since they are both tall, slender and wear ball caps.

He also thinks anything I pick up is meant to pet him... because that is how I got him to stop beings scared of everything. Anything I picked up for about a year became a scratching/petting tool for him.
