Just installed a pair of low-beams I purchased on ebay for around $32 for the pair. Install went smoothly, happy with the color, etc. I have two problems however.

1. I notice a significant interference in the radio when the headlights are on. The ballasts are mounted with double-sided tape. I suspect, perhaps, a grounding issue. Recommendations from experience are welcome!

2. Also, I went for a drive, and noticed that they are completely crooked. I thought I had set them accurately but must have not. Any tips to get that defined line against the garage? Thanks!
