The ones in the top corner are are pain but try this, it worked for me.
I used an open ended spanner, one that will just slot on the bulb holder from behind.
Put the spanner in behind the bodywork so the open end of the spanner slots over the bulb holder. there then should be enough of the spanner sticking behind the bodywork to get a wrench or screwdriver on the other end of the spanner to twist the bulb holder out. Then same to put it back. Hope this helps, it works for me.
