just open to suggestions and I have been doing my research on it, so Im not asking like a n00b.

I know its the Secondary Air Injection pump. MrMoPar has been gracious enough to send me a stock check valve, aftemarket check valve, and a solenoid for a potential fix. Gonna give that a whirl to see if it fixes the issue. Also need to check my fuse as well before moving onto the actual pump replacement.

Just seeing if you guys had anymore insight on this issue. I notice when it rains the car exhaust system seems plugged up with a odd sound to it. My guess is water is being sucked back up into the pump through the exhaust. Could be an entirely whole other issue?
