It sure could be the air pump, but a lot of folks on this forum had the P 0410 code and it turned out to be the Relay Control Module. It's common to have bad solder on the circuit board.

Check the relay in this post from the above link.
This will cause the PO410 fault.

You don't need magnifcation to see the problem some are having with the Air Pump relay. Checkout these pics.
