Now u raise a good point on the RCM because I actually had that replaced by a new unit because my other one was done and I did start occurring these issues afterwards, so maybe it could be that.

I'm going to check the valves first because the way my exhaust starts to sound I doubt its the RCM causing it which makes sense that water is somehow possibly getting into the air pump causing it to possibly stall? None the less I have to get this issue fixed, so Im trying other alternatives before I have to take it to the stealership. Ill check the air pump fuse to see if possibly its blown which I havent done. Ill keep this thread updated for future reference.
