Default Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?

I fixed my WW fluid level sensor yesterday, hopefully, took it out, cleaned and replaced it and today I see the tank is leaking, bummer. I guess the sensor or pump are leaking around the seals. It is an awkward job to remove the tank, guess I'll be an expert when it's fixed.

I finished claying the car while the puddle grew. The fluid is running down inside the rocker panel. It is not overfilled, so that's not it. I should have put some sealant around the ends of the sensor and pump just like LugNut did in his write up on this fix. I have to fix it or nearly a gallon of fluid will be on the garage floor. I don't think the topsider will work as the hose will not go around the bend in the filler neck.
