Someone has the molds, but to start making them would take too much money unless you had enough guaranteed sales to justify the outlay. There are a lot of parts involved and they are not simple parts. I doubt they could be made for less than $500 to $600 a piece in a short run of a thousand pairs with a decent return on investment.

The cheap repair of the ruined front lens would be a new lens that is cemented to the trimmed edge of the existing lens after the existing front front panel has been cut off carefully. This would rely on the rear assembly being OK in its entirety.
