Honestly, for someone to put that car back to a clean 34K mileage car, would take some money and time if you want it nice. Personally I wouldn't even consider that car in 'good' condition for its mileage. If I were to buy it, I wouldn't go more than 7500, maybe 8000. I would have to see it in person before making a final decision.
It is none of my business, but you mention a lien. You may have to borrow money to pay the difference off between the balance and sale price. The previous owner of my car had to do that to release the title.
