Suppose it depends which parrot your fitting.
I have a Parrot CK3000 Evolution fitted in mine which the previous owner had put in. I recently took the original radio out and replaced with my own kenwood and didnt notice any special leads apart from the normal ISO adaptor lead (normally needed when fitting aftermarket radios) which is probably needed to fit the Parrot.
Dont know but think these leads are about £15-£20
It doesnt say anything in the fitting instructions about needing any extra leads either.
