After my wife and I figured out what week is going to be best I will contact the Hotel, start putting together a list of who is going to make it for sure, come up with some drives, ect. The two hotels in that area that I will be contacting are:

Zo and I will be staying at our friends B&B most likely. If people do not mind spending a little more I can probably get them a discount there
Bed and Breakfast B&B Virginia City, Nevada at Cobb Mansion. This year they let me rent out all the rooms included two that are not usually open to the public (and not listed on the website) so that we and some of our friends could all stay in one place for the Governor's ball. They usually will give people a discount if we refer them. Once we have the dates all figured I will also call them and see if they would be willing to give members a discount. There are also some other B&B's up there depending on where people want to stay. Once we have the dates set I will of course provide more info on them.
