Disagree on it being a bit pricey. Provided its mechanically sound and without any material defects, getting it for $18K or a little under would be reasonable, getting it for $17K would be a very good deal you could feel all warm and fuzzy about for the rest of your days driving it. If you can get $3000K under their asking price buy it right then and there, but I don't think that will happen given the low miles.
