There is no switch on the UK models, I have a UK spec SRT6 Owners Handbook and it is not mentioned at all.
The chime for the seat belts can be turned of on US cars, not sure about UK models. Maybe disconnecting the battery for a few minutes may reset the chime to its default chime sound.
As for the light, do you mean the cabin light?
