Default Re: Clock-Wrench -730 @ Startup/Shutdown

I've owned my 2005 SRT6 for a few months and it was serviced by the dealer I purchased it from at that time. They used mobil 1 and I've only put on about 600 miles since. When I start the engine the FSS number in the odometer is increasing with a minus in front of the number. It was -6400 and now it's -6900. I assume the minus(-) is indicating a past due situation and I'm assuming the dealer forgot to reset it at the time he performed the service. I have checked the dip stick and the oil is clean at at the proper level.

So here is my question. If I reset the FSS now it will reflect 7000 miles and I assume it will display without the Minus(-) sign in front. This will be about 600 miles more than the correct 6400 miles to next service. Is there a way to not only reset the FSS, but to decrement it to the desired balance miles to service? I would sure appreciate some input on my "minus " situation as well as how to get back to the correct miles remaining to service. Thanks in advance.
