Sorry your having problems with your baby! Don't forget the RCM repair! PM tighted1 (I think thats his name) and see if he can send you a loaner RCM then you send him back your RCM. It'll only cost you a 10 spot and if you ever see him, a beer. I am saying this because it could be the dreaded bad solder joints or the carbon crusted relay contacts on that RCM! This is what I would check first!
