I'm sure others will chime in on this as well, but I don't think that anyone has ever gotten a good chip from eBay or other web-based sellers that actually increases HP. I don't think I have seen this particular vendor before.

IMHO, best to go with a trusted company such as Eurocharged. I have had three Crossfires tuned by them and have been very happy each and every time.
