That is an industrial area of the south side of Indy. Beach Grove is a suburb of Indy. It is a heavily populated area. There are planes, helocopters, all around that area. What a bunch of hooey...It is an old railroad car repair facility. It has been closed for sometime. Just like any old warehouse facility, it rented from time to time for storage and such. I can think of a lot of sucluded areas in Indiana better suited for a conspiracy theory. The old Crane Naval Depot would be perfect. Still secure, still secluded. Maybe they should go check it out .
There is another secluded, secure facilty near North Vernon, IN that is operated by Homeland Security, and various military branches for training in building entry. You see helocopters around there all the time, as well as various military vehicles. Law Enforcement trains there once in awhile as well, but mostly feds around there.
