Update, the code that I had was a P0161 error code and not P0160.

Either way I disconnected both sensors (one at a time) to see what error code would show and I received a clear 02 sensor code for bank1 reconnected and then received one for bank2. After plugging them back in my P0161 error code disappeared. However only for a short while 15 miles or so and the P0161 came back for bank 2.

Is this a clear indication that my o2 sensor is no longer functioning correctly and I should replace it?
