But it doesn't make it clear what the post cats (downstream) are labeled?

Most GM & Ford manuals I dealt with always have diagram with labels of the sensor positions. The 'bank' is referring to the way it is hooked into the computer, not the position it is on the exhaust/motor. I have seen all different positions of these sensors over the years. I hate guessing.
