I took it home and hooked up a scanner, and it said TPS ( Throttle Position Sensor ).

I went to dealer and explained the above, and they couldn't find the part number and said the TPS was probably intergrated into the Throttle body and it would cost around 1K to get the part.

Is the TPS intergrated ( dealer could be wrong ) or a seperate part, where can I purchase it from, and how much would it cost.

Thanks for any info you can provide.
Welcome to the site.
It is a part of the throttle body and is not serviceable separately according to the repair manual. It could be done but you would need to take it out of another throttle body, so you might as well buy a new throttle body. You should be able to buy a T/Body used for much less and fit it yourself. It is easy to do, takes a bit of time, maybe two hours.
You can get all the help you need on this site, we do not bite and you can down load a whole repair manual for the SRT6 and that will help you.

You can down load the Service Manual and all kinds of info from this thread.
