You are correct about the "LIP" ,I think it looks good and at $40 was a great bargin. If I had seen one that had ducts in it I would probably bought it. I like this one now, it's on ,fits good, looks good. and did not break the bank. I have seen many items that i thought could be made to fit but was not much of a fan for the look. This looks pretty cool. Still don't know if I will paint it or not. I'm glad I did not fab a bracket. I would rather it come off than tear the rest of the bumper .
