Weird.. My driver seat base failed today also.. Was nice having use of this luxury for the first 13months of ownership.. But reading on here. It seems to be a common fault.. So. With that in mind.. No sure i'm up for the hassle of repair on this extra luxury. Certainly wouldn't have the know how or patience to fix this myself. Radders let us know how you get on if you do get it sorted on yours though.
Shame it has to be the bloody drivers seat that fails
While doing some research it looks like a lot of people have had multiple failures with the seats.
With summer coming it's not high on my list of priorities but is a shame as it would have been a nice extra.
