Well it's official. I sent my brother the money, and I'm working on finding a car transporter to bring it here. Registering it should not be an issue. Already spoke with the Secretary of State office. She will be legal soon, so can be driven to Arizona. 
Already found some good sites that carry many VW Classic Beetle parts and accessories. I'm going to try and keep it as original as possible.
I have a neighbor who has three beetle one a blue convertable one is a good looking red and the other is for parts if interested let me know when I was home a couble of weeks ago he wanted to get rid of them and collect jeeps
