on my crossfire, the door doesn't close totally. it looks like the windows stuck on the car (don;t know how to say this )

by a BMW coupe, the windows goes a little bit down when you open the door, and close when you close the door. Doesn't have the crossfire coupe this? Now every time i close the door, I must open the window a little bit, and when close the door close the window. Only on the drives side i have this problem.

Is there a tric to solve this problem?
